Here at, we understand that ordering online without seeing your items in person can be challenging. We want you to be pleased with your selection and have done our best to bring you the most detailed product pictures and descriptions. Your use of the site implies your understanding and compliance with our procedures and policies.

Color & Measurements: Please note that exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. Very often, the color of your toy may vary from what you perceive on your screen. This can be due to a variety of factors beyond our control. An item will not be considered as "falsely advertised" if the color of your item is not exactly the same as the image we have on the site. Measurements are provided as per the manufacturer and may vary slightly from the actual object. This is the most accurate information we have at the time a product is added to the site.

A Word About Sizing:

For men's products the sizing charts reside in the product pictures.  For woman's lingerie it will reside in the product description or the size chart page.  If for any reason you are unsure on sizing or it has not uploaded from the manufacturer please email Mike at for verification before ordering

All Sales Are Final: Please research and select your products carefully. Because of their intimate nature, once items leave our warehouse they are considered used and may not be returned, even if they have not been opened. This is for the safety and peace of mind of all our customers.  If you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please let us know and our Customer Support department will work with you to to help you select a better fit for your next purchase.


Defective Products: If your product malfunctions or becomes defective within the first year of ownership, will replace it for free! Some restrictions may apply. Depending on our existing agreements, your product's manufacturer may require that you obtain your replacement directly from them. We will refer you to the proper channels when applicable. This offer is for orders that have shipped within the U.S. only. 


Please note that not all items will come with a manufacturer seal, we have limited control over this as every manufacturer has different practices. Please know that EVERY item we sell is brand new. If your item arrives with packaging that looks beat up or compromised, this would have happened in transit. We do not allow returns and most defective items are thrown away by the customer, they do not come back to our warehouse. IF a manufacturer requires a defective item to be returned, that item goes back to the manufacturer. Please keep and review the manufacture warranties upon receipt of the product.  We are here to help navigate any defective product challenge.


Unauthorized returns will not be credited or replaced. Unauthorized returns include:

  • Returns made without RMA approval. These packages are considered a bio-hazard and will be disposed of.
  • Returns made with the pretense that there is a defect, when in fact, one does not exist.
  • Returns made after the return parameters have expired. This information will be provided within your return instructions.


  • Unwanted Packages: Please do not refuse your shipment. If your order has shipped and you no longer want it, DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE. Please email us at  The returns department will follow up with further instructions. Please note that packages that have been sent as replacement for a missing package are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
  • Incorrect Address: A re-stocking or re-ship fee will apply should a package be undeliverable due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.


  • Missing Package:We are sorry that your package was not delivered as expected. Packages are often marked as delivered and then show up in the next day or so.
    • If you feel that your package is truly missing and you opted Route Package Protect insuranceat checkout, your package may be eligible for replacement.
    • If you did not purchase Route Package Protect insurance, your package will not be eligible for expedited replacement and possibly no replacement if there is a proof of delivery. 




 In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you have received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you the cost of returning the package to us and will not charge you for the shipping cost of replacement merchandise.

    If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item if in stock. Contact us at to let us know of the issue. We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) or request pictures via email to speed up the process. We will provide instructions on getting the product back to us. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. We will not accept any return without one. When emailing about a defect, please state the following information, your order number, OR your web confirmation number along with your name and the nature of the defect. Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse (the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us), we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge once the return is received and processed. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.
