Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card or Store Credit. Please allow ten (10-25) business days for your return/exchange to be processed after it is received. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable and the responsibility of the buyer.

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.
Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Vibrators And Dildos Douche/Enema Kits Anal Toys, Beads And Plugs, Cock And Ball Devices, Cock Rings And Cock Sleeves, Gags And Ropes.
Sex Gifts, games, candy, tap or bondage kits
Lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints are also not returnable.

If your toy inexplicably stops working after 30 days, check to see if your toy has a manufacturer’s warranty included. If there is a manufacturer’s warranty and your toy is covered, contact the manufacturer directly.
If you think you may have a damaged or defective product, send an email to email@example.com with your order number, and we will assist you as soon as possible. If an exchange is granted, make sure you have all the product parts, accessories, and packaging that came with the product in order for the exchange to be granted.

Sexyeone wants you to be happy, but if you are not satisfied with your merchandise, eligible merchandise can be returned to Sexyeone for store credit or refund within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase. All eligible items must be returned as a complete set (just as they were purchased) in the original unworn condition and original packaging. Items that are final sale and are not eligible for return; either for refund or store credit. (Please view non-eligible / Final Sale items below.) Costumes fall under the Lingerie category. We will issue a refund/store credit for the merchandise and taxes if applied, but not your original shipping fee. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
*Sexyeone does not offer exchanges if you need a different size or color you can place a new order immediately or wait for your return to be processed for store credit or refund.
- All items must be returned as a complete set (just as they were purchased) in the original unworn condition and original packaging. If we do not receive the complete set we, will not process your return and contact you till we receive the remaining pieces of the set.
- Returns will be processed within 14 - 30 business days upon receipt at Sexyeone HQ.
- All items must be returned with original tags, packaging with barcodes and have return a RMA number
Policy Exclusions & Final Sale - Non-returnable - Non-resalable - Include, but is not limited to:
- Sexyeone does not accept returns of items that have been worn or subjected to destructive conditions.
- Men's Underwear.
- Last Chance Sale items.
- Items with tags removed.
- Items that smell of cigarette smoke, body odor, or perfume.
- Items that have lotion or body glitter on them.
- Items that have human & animal/pet hair on them.
- Items that are soiled or stained.
- Items that have been laundered.
- Items not returned in original packaging.
- Items not returned as a complete set.
- Gift Cards.
The above items are not eligible for returns and will be disposed of without the customer receiving a refund or store credit.
ERRORS OR DAMAGES
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you have received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you the cost of returning the package to us and will not charge you for the shipping cost of replacement merchandise.
If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item if in stock. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know of the issue. We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) or request pictures via email to speed up the process. We will provide instructions on getting the product back to us. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. We will not accept any return without one. When emailing about a defect, please state the following information, your order number, OR your web confirmation number along with your name and the nature of the defect. Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse (the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us), we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge once the return is received and processed. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.
