Refund - Return policy

We want you to be thrilled with every purchase you make from - but we know that sometimes you may need to exchange or return an item.  That's why we offer a 30-day return policy for all ONLINE purchases for most products.  You may return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days for an exchange or refund.  There are no costume returns after 10/31/XX

 Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. Please allow ten (10) business days for your return/exchange to be processed after it is received. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable and the responsibility of the buyer.




  • There can be no exchanges of items that are intended to be worn over the genital areas due to health laws.
  • All original manufacturer's tags or packaging must be intact in order for us to accept a return.
  • To ensure that we are selling only brand new, unworn merchandise, we ask that when trying on new underwear or any garment with a crotch, you do so only over your own clean underwear.  All returned panties and other garments with a crotch are examined to ensure they meet hygiene and health standards, and if we believe an item has been tried on or worn, we will not accept it as a return.

  • We recommend that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase, and be aware of any makeup you are wearing.  Any garments with marks, stains, or scents may be non-returnable.

  • Due to the delicate nature of molded bra cups, we ask that you return them in a protective box in order to preserve their shape.  Bras that have been misshapen or deformed due to improper packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item that does not meet our hygiene and quality control examination.




In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you have received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you the cost of returning the package to us and will not charge you for the shipping cost of replacement merchandise.

    Returns of any type of merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.  

    All claims for damaged or incorrect goods, or a discrepancy in quantities shipped must be reported within 10 business days after receipt of goods. Approved returns will be for replacement or a store credit as appropriate. 

    A return authorization (RA) number is required for all returns to be accepted. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the box, otherwise the goods will not be accepted. A return authorization (RA) form must be submitted per return request.
