How Can I Track My Order

Once your package has shipped from our distribution center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can click on the Tracking Number.

How Much Is Shipping?

Standard shipping is free for orders over $99 otherwise the cost is just $6.49. If you need your order faster than the standard transit time, you will be provided with other carrier options to choose from. The cost of faster shipping will be determined based on the delivery method you choose.

We are working very hard to abosorb transportation cost increases without increasing the cost of products. We will continue to keep shipping costs as low as possible

How do I know if there is stock?

All products on our site are synced to only show items in stock.  Some of our supplier will show a stock status on our product pages but some also do not.  All inventory is synced 6  times a day via EDI.  We strive to only show available stock items for immediate delivery.

How Do You Ship?

We have several shipping methosd avaiialable for you to choose from at checkout

Standard Saver Shipping Details- We ship via UPS, Mail Innovations and SurePost. Orders shipping via Sure Post and Mail Innovations will be picked up by UPS and transferred to your local USPS for the final delivery.

We also ship USPS First Class under a pound, USPS Priority Mail and have UPS Ground and Air options.

What is your return policy?

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.

Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Vibrators And Dildos Douche/Enema Kits Anal Toys, Beads And Plugs Cock And Ball Devices, Cock Rings And Cock Sleeves Gags And Ropes Lingerie And Men's Wear

Lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints are also not returnable.

Full Return Policy

I want to cancel my order but it has already been processed?

I want to cancel my order but it has already been processed. As soon as the order is sent electronically to the shipping center it is considered in process. For the fastest shipping orders are sent quickly.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed at our warehouse. Please be advised, if you no longer wish to receive this order we suggest you mark the package RTS (Return to Sender) and refuse the order at time of delivery. Please note that the shipping box must remain sealed to refused an order. Shipping costs are not refundable and we will have to apply a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.

What if an item is defective?

If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item if in stock. Contact us at sales@sexyeone.com to let us know of the issue. We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) or request pictures via email to speed up the process. We will provide instructions on getting the product back to us. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. We will not accept any return without one. When emailing about a defect, please state the following information, your order number, OR your web confirmation number along with your name and the nature of the defect. Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse (the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us), we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge once the return is received and processed. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.
